Balanced Man Scholarship

The Sigma Phi Epsilon Balanced Man Scholarship (BMS) was created in 1990 as a recruitment tool at the University of Cincinnati Chapter, as a way to attract men who espouse the fraternity’s ideals of Sound Mind and Sound Body. Since then, SigEp chapters around the country have adopted this tool as a way to give back to college men & women who embody what it means to live a balanced life. UConn’s CT Alpha Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon currently offers this scholarship opportunity. Applicants must be either current or incoming students at the University of Connecticut at Storrs, CT. The BMS awards four scholarships totaling $2000 with absolutely no requirements for recipients to pursue membership in the UConn SigEp Chapter.
